​SERVICE: Questions regarding usage or service of REEF'S RC Products please email our customer service department. To provide the best possible service, please include pics or video of the problem. Email: [email protected]

For service or repair follow instructions below:
1) Full name, address, and cell.
2) List the product your having issues with.
3) List the QTY.
4) Describe the problem.
5) Purchase Date & Where purchased (MUST INCLUDE PROOF
    OF PURCHASE)
6) MUST Include pics or video showing problem.
7) Once we receive your email, we will contact you to provide an address for you to ship the product in question at your expense.

If you do not include the required info stated above, no service or warranty will take place.
 
Once return package is received, we will email a confirmation with a reference number. Use this number when referring to your repair. If you do not receive an email notification within 10 working days from the day you shipped your return, you may want to contact us.
REEF's goal is to ship your repair back out within 7-10 business days from the day we get it. Unfortunately we cannot always accomplish this. You can always contact REEF's by email to check status. 
REEF'S RC is not responsible for any customs duties or freight costs incurred when shipping product in for repair. All C.O.D. packages will be refused.


REEF’S RC RETURN & WARRANTY

Purchases made directly from REEF’S RC
may be returned/exchanged within 30 days
of purchase, product must be unopened
from its original packaging.  If factory seal
is broken, no return or exchange.  One year
MFG warranty on purchases through an
Authorized Dealer.  Bearings not covered
under warranty, nor is subsequent damage
caused to the motor by bearing failure.
Bearings are considered a normal wear and
tear item, and should be maintained,
changed periodically. Warranty does not
apply to: Improperly installed, handled,
abused, impact related damage, stripping
main output gear or broken ears.  Any unit
which has been repaired or modified will
not be covered under the warranty.  Warranty
and service requests must be made by
following the directions under this section.
