Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

All delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed by the carrier. We process all orders as quickly as possible, but once your order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for ensuring delivery by the estimated date/time. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days.*

*Our order cut off time is 12:00PM (Noon) Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday. Processing time for orders placed after this time will start on the following business day. Selecting faster shipping times does not change our order processing times. 

Please Note: We are not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your address when you order. See below for more information.

Shipping Method Explanation:

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please also add our order processing time of 1-3 business days to the carriers estimates.

First-Class Mail:

  • Delivery typically in three to five business days depending on your location once it has been shipped from our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Priority Mail:

  • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped once it has been shipped from our warehouse. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Refunds on Shipping Charges: 

We do not refund shipping charges due to late arrivals as shipping is out of our control. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, or is marked as undeliverable by the shipping carrier, we will refund you for the total amount of the products contained in the order, less any shipping charges once we receive it back.

Order Cancellation:

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly. Orders can be modified or cancelled only if it has not been shipped out.

Damaged Goods:

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately so we can take care if the issue as soon as possible. 

Order Not Received:

If your order order has not arrived, or is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 14 days of the posted shipping date so we can make it right. Orders past that timeline are out of our hands. If the delivery address was incorrect, or the package was marked as undeliverable by the shipping carrier, we will refund you for the order, less any shipping charges once we receive it back.
